Amenities in University Town (UTown) are open to all NUS students and staff. Small meeting rooms for project discussions are available at the Mac Commons and PC Commons located on level 1 of Education Resource Centre (ERC). Walk-ins are allowed but priority is given to users who have made a booking.
Click here* to book the meeting rooms. Users can make a booking of up to 4 hours per day (minimum 30 minutes per booking). Please ensure your booking is made 3 days in advance. Advance booking is allowed up to 7 days.
Some of the practice rooms and studios within the Anteroom on level 2 of Stephen Riady Centre are open from 7 am to 7 pm on weekdays during term time. Students and staff can organise activities ranging from dance workshops to judo and yoga in these rooms.
To allow more students and staff to enjoy the performing arts spaces, booking is only accepted one week in advance; Only one booking per individual request is allowed for the usage of studios.
Seminar rooms in UTown are accessible from 7 am to 7 pm on weekdays during term time to facilitate classes. NUS student organisations registered with the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) can book the seminar rooms with endorsement from the respective OSA's staff adviser with this form. NUS departments can also book the seminar rooms with the form. Charges are applicable for the booking of facilities.
